The studio apartment is located in a residential building, in a modern, quiet neighborhood without traffic, in the city center (above Vlaška Street), just a 10-minute leisurely walk to Ban Jelačić Square. The tram stop is 150m away on Vlaška Street with lines 4 (towards the Main Railway Station), 11, and 12 to Ban Jelačić Square, and in the opposite direction to Maksimir Park Forest. Within a kilometer, you can find all major sports, cultural, gastronomic, and shopping attractions, all accessible by walking!

I adore nature and everything related to it, so the apartment is decorated and maintained according to low-tox principles.
